St. Hilaire Sparkling Wine
Crafted in the foothills of Limoux, St. Hilaire is France's very first sparkling wine, dating back to the Benedictine Monks of the Abbey of Saint-Hilaire. Made predominantly from Mauzac grapes, with small additions of Chenin and Chardonnay, this Blanquette Brut is fresh, lively, crisp, and dry.
